Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a combination Winch Bar. This Winch Bar is designed for use with steel trailer winches. It fits into the appropriate fitting on the trailer winch and allows you to apply enough tension to tighten your winch strap to secure your load. The winch bar point must be inserted through two holes in a winch cap during use. The additional fitting on this end allows it to provide extra leverage for a forged load binder. Now the chain binder handle must be fully inserted and securely locked into the winch bar cradle.
Be sure to follow the chain binder manufacturer's recommendations.When it comes to the construction, we're looking at a carbon steel construction. It's very strong and durable. The unit has a nice black powder-coated finish on it to resist rust and corrosion. The overall length from end to end measures 39 and 3/4 inches. This area starts out with a 3/4 inch diameter and increases to about 15/16 of an inch in diameter.
The actual bar portion, the main portion right here has a diameter of 1 and 5/16 of an inch. That's gonna do it for today's look at the combination winch bar.
